5 Marla = 30000
10 Marla = 50000
1 kanal = 125000

No CVT or Stamp duty taxes as location of plots is not known yet.

You can call it transfer or change of owner name of file.

I wish these guys give you official location & make announcement publicly. I dont see what is harm in officially disclosing DHA City true location.

DHA EME sector is still confirming its DHA EME phase 2 so money should be safe in any DHA City Lahore project. It may take long time but it will insha Allah get developed one day. Expected location is very very good. Since it will be located close to Lahore Islamabad Motorway entrance and is also inside Lahore ring road southern loop so It will have lot of buyer if the location is officially announced to general public. One phone DHA City Lahore is giving this location to many people but they are not disclosing it on their website and in newspapers.

As of today we have 5 and and 10 marla plots for sale on one lac loss on paid amount. I believe now with transfer open buyers will insha Allah slowly show up and loss may disappear soon and DHA City Lahore 5 and 10 marla may start trading in profit in coming weeks and months. In Lahore 1000s of people are disparately looking to buy small budget plots on installments to make their houses on these plots in future. With DHA name people do feel very comfortable in making new investments.

 

For one kanal plot holders I think they will be in loss for a very long time due to DHA Lahore phase 9 one kanal selling at 22 lacs cheaper than DHA City Lahore. DHA City kanal will only improve when DHA 9 Kanal price is above DHA City Kanal booking price of 37.5 lacs with out development charges.

Friends I had the official DHA EME Lahore website but lost the bookmark. Please search the DHA EME website on web for me and post the link here. I was told DHA EME have posted some good DHA City related info on their official website too and I need to check that info. Right now may entire office is busy in helping DHA installment booking forms submission etc.

They were saying that they have dispatched a news letter to every plot holder. I am waiting for that. That news letter may contain some more information.

there are allocation files available at 30.50 laces one kanal of DHA phase 8.i just want to know either these file relate to DHA proper or something else like air avenue.because there are also separate files for park view 1 kanal at 20 lack. if these are phase 8 proper files then where these plots can be located on ballot. if the phase 8 proper still contain land why it is not offered in current ballot to be held.

Pardesi KSA bhai these are proper DHA phase 8 files and plot will be allotted in DHA phase 8 proper only in next ballot.

These are files against the new land handed over to DHA Lahore. Why DHA is not offering these one kanal on installment? I dont know DHA Lahore policy about what they want to offer and why they are not offering one kanal in DHA 8 or DHA 7.

If you find texture paint always think that they tried to conceal a fault.

UET Location wise it is Laying close to NFC and Valencia, It is Good Society which has no main Road access But it is Possible if College road will open, Its secure and well Bounded area, Transfer process is reliable, water, elect Gas and 35 feet Road structure available. Some roads are broken but not very bad. For 10 Merla You will have to pay about 1 lac Transfer charges it is very well populated.

Punjab Govt Phase 2 Lahore it better Located than UET but down side is it is Close to Big Village and not bounded Society, all facilities are there, road structure is 30 Feet, It is not one Patch of Land. PCSIR staff Lahore prevents Most of It having connection to College Road Lahore. People Have to pass through small Patch of PCSIR staff. Though further away it is more Close to College road here I Kanal Plots where Located. It has V Good tranfer procedure but takes at least month

Architects have best location, all facilities are there but i am not sure about Gas [i think it is there], It has No direct access to main road and airline society prevents it it is on back of Airline, A Road connects it with main road. Development is so so, Transfer process is also not fool proof though it is should not be problem if you immediately take possession and Build House.

WAPDA Town Lahore phase 2 is having good Location close to Nasheman Iqbal Avenue Lahore 1, very valid fool proof transfer, But a very bad thing it is in Patches and interrupted by small villages and private Land. Liek this security can never be guaranteed and no way boundary can be made.But People are making house at fast pace, soon you will find price hike there.

In similar locations as above 4 Housing societies good societies are having 10 Merla Plots not less than 30 lac. These all are around 20 for 10 merla and there are reasons for that, but all are well Populated and people living there. It is difficult to say which is best I have visited them all but hard to decide. If You want to save your time or you have less experience then go for UET. If You live in pakistan and have more experience in property dealing try Architects. I am sure in 3 ys all of these will reach 30 Lac each.
If You have more money try your luck in Valancia

If u can afford to travel some extra km, then Bahria Town may be a good option.

Is Bahria Town Lahore office open on Saturdays for transfer of plot & what are the timings? Will all the procedure finish within 2 hours or it might take more time. I will be coming from abroad to do the transfer.

Mr overseas seller Bahria Town Lahore office remains open on Saturday. Saturday timing is 9 a.m to 12.30 p.m. transfer procedure takes max one hour. one day before transferring a plot you have to get NOC letter from Bahria and have to get time for transfer and have to deposit transfer fee.etc
