My view after having my dad visit the societ is Fazaya will be badly divided into 2 pcs and being a small society proper access and town planning will be badly affected.

I suggest you to go to
Multan and Bhawalpur and judge yourself. To me Bhawalpur is much more posh than Multan. Probably buying power of Bahawalpur people will be more..

i have 10 MArla File Dha City . and i have carried it from 2010 and paid all installments and now i am still in loss from my actual paid amount .
i need suggestion

1 - i should to hold it for further time

2- i should sell it and buy 05 MArla in Phase 9 Prism or Phase 8 Z Block . (IVY)

3- Any other suggestion most welcome

Plan A:
If you can hold until 2017, if you have much better chances of making reasonable profit for the investment of 20 Lac rather than any place else.

Plan B:
If you can add more funds in, You have the option of selling this 10M buy a 5M at
DHA City, and add some more funds and buy one 5M some where else.

I am an overseas Pakistani. Around 1 year ago I purchase DHA Phase 9 file through LRE without going to Pakistan. Now I plan to visit Pakistan in next 10 days. So can anybody tell me what is the procedure to visit DHA office for receiving Allocated Plot document against that file and what documents needed to show in DHA Office for this purpose.
